Q: Where are the courses held?
A: The courses are held in a variety of places, depending on the
number of people in the courses and where they are coming from.

Q: Why should I use FLES over the local Sheriffs
Office?
A:
Sheriffs Offices are usually backedlogged and do not have the time to
insure adequate attempts or location is taken in order to serve the
papers. Many counties in Missouri only have a few Deputies that are on
duty at any given time. FLES is willing to spend the extra time and
effort to insure your documents are served.
Q: Do you serve domestic relations process?
A:
Yes. We serve the following:
Divorce summons
Domestic relations summons
Complaint for support, custody, and visitation
Subpoenes
Modification
We can serve all process request by Family Court
Q: How many attempts will be made to serve my papers?
A:
FLES will ensure multiple attempts will be made to serve your papers.
However, additional fee's may apply. We will be happy to discuss this on
a case by case basis.
Q: What happens if the party can't be served?
A:
If for some reason the person or party is evading service, FLES will
assist you in alternative methods of service.
Q: Do you serve process discreetly?
A:
Yes. Often times people attempt to avoid being served, therefore we
generally dress in civilan attire.
